@eternianbunny @longtooth I'm so behind I didn't even know there was a new one, either. Maybe I should see how I like both for Halloween 🙂

I only saw the new one but the old one is on Max too and the reviews are really positive. I think I am going to watch it..Â

I disagree with the suggestion that Salem's Lot was stupid. It was a very good miniseries that still holds 45 years later. It was one of the Stephen King adaptations that bucks the trend and does not disappoint and was crafted by a big director of the horror genre.
We were talking the remake and I watched it and agree with bunny that it's stupid but fun. The original is on Max and I decided to watch that too. It's dated and longer but arguably better and waaaaaaay less stupid. There were no vampires in the original that could survive in the daylight if they keep in the shade. During cloudy days those vampires must go rampant! 😂

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. I loved it.Â
Scarface. The movie still rocks but they could never get away of darkening Al Pacino's skin and trying to pass him off as Columbian in today's world.

The Wizard of Oz. Â (The original). Â Really holds up. Â Stunning.
@theman did you ever catch the scene where a munchkin supposedly hung himself in the background?

Die Hard. An excellent film that still holds up.
