Ever since Mattel has announced an Evil-Lyn Masterverse figure inspired by the classic 1987 live-action film "Masters of the Universe", movie fans have been elated. Although He-Man, Skeletor, Blade, Karg, Gwildor and Saurod have all had their movie forms realized in action figure plastic, fan-favorite Evil-Lyn has always eluded collectors... until now. And now, thanks…

Sigh... so much of that gorgeous artwork truncated and cropped with the new packaging design. I do wish they will compile a gallery somewhere for fans and collectors.
Her skin looks more pale on that packaging. The final figure should look like that.

You know what would be the biggest shocker? If they release movie figures of Julie (Courteney Cox) and Kevin (can't remember the actor's name), individually or as an exclusive 2-pack (probably the latter).

Maybe they are worried about confusion with Pig-head from Rulers of the Sun? Still don't understand why they had to integrate Rulers of the Sun into MOTU. Seems kinda lame and unnecessary in my opinion.
Not sure what they are thinking with the new boxes. Good thing most of what I buy ends up opened up anyway. I'm not a big fan of the He-Man movie figures. I'll probably just get rid of the He-man and Skeletor figures from the movie and pass on this Evil Lynn.
