I love that they are being introduced as "frenemies" in the upcoming cartoon. For any fans of the Newspaper comic strips, Orko and Gwildor did have a few interactions where it was clear that they represented opposing sides of the magic vs. technology debate. I feel like this is another nod by the creative team to the vast MOTU lore out there.
