Written by Two-Packs have been rare in the Masterverse action figure line. Other than the Savage He-Man & Orko Deluxe release (and the 40th Anniversary He-Man & Skeletor set), every other Masterverse character has been sold individually thus far.
But now, thanks to this blurry, low-resolution… yet OFFICIAL… Mattel Masterverse action figure artwork, we learned that both Gwildor and Orko have received combined top billing.
So that leads us to believe that both Gwildor and Orko will be released via the Masterverse Revolution subline in a Deluxe two-pack figure set!
We already learned that Gwildor and Orko are going to have an entertaining relationship in “Masters of the Universe: Revolution” (read more about that HERE) so this, if true, is really going to turn out to be a fantastic release!

I love that they are being introduced as “frenemies" in the upcoming cartoon. For any fans of the Newspaper comic strips, Orko and Gwildor did have a few interactions where it was clear that they represented opposing sides of the magic vs. technology debate. I feel like this is another nod by the creative team to the vast MOTU lore out there.
