I'm not sure, but it looks like the art they used in the VeeFriends mini comic, it works for that silly story. I hope they don't use this for the upcoming VC figures.

It is not poor art. The artist is quite talented. This is just stylized art.

The art style is not the one most of them are used to, tough some panels looks rather silly I most admit.

I'm glad they posted it for free, because this comic made no sense. I thought the pages were out of order.
I understand the art style is a choice, but it's not my cup of Teela, either.
@kreditor If you look at the artist's other work in the brand it's stylistically different. For instance he did that brilliant Motherboard poster. The artist must have felt this style suited the comic. Based on the reception here he misjudged.
