It pains me to say it but Is it only me or does this series feel like it's getting progressively worse?

I have mixed feelings on this issue, I think this series would be in a better place if it were just one story per episode and not just two introductions.

I agree, I think part of the problem is that the series as a whole feels really ungrounded. A bunch of introductions and backstories works really well for character bios on action figures, but maybe not a serial comic book.
I am OK with this being only four comics long and that makes me sad! I want He-Man comics to continue and She-Ra comics too but not like this. It's boring. 😿

You nailed it. I think this alone would be a huge improvement. I think dropping the comedy and the framework story would also help. I like the premise of the debate but I am not sold on how the debate is being resolved. Zodac resolves his doubt in He-Man by watching these goofy universes where often He-Man is inept? Zodac tries shooting the Sorceress and now all is forgiven? Nah! I thought it could work but now I see it just ain't working.

Yeah, I’m still not entirely sure what the whole point of zordak being in this is. Why is he not okay with Adam being champion in the first place? Have there not been hundreds of champions by this point?
I meant *Zodac not Zordak. Too much power rangers for me, I keep combining zordon and zodac

The writing is really iffy. I read issue one again and the Sorceress says she and Zodac have known each other for a millenia. A millenia is a thousand years. Wouldn't that make Teela a thousand years old too considering when her mom became the Sorceress?

@he-dad I may be wrong about this, but I’m 99% sure that the sorceress giving birth to Teela before becoming the sorceress is exclusive to Revelations. In most MOTU canon the sorceress takes the place of the goddess from the original mini comics and therefore could have been the sorceress for thousands of years, as she also has been the sorceress for several champions. Filmation literally depicts young Teela being raised by the sorceress in a birds nest, she only is taken by man at arms after an attempted kidnapping. It can be assumed that the sorceress hasn’t always been the sorceress, especially because 200x shows king grayskull’s wife as the first sorceress. but I think the notion that she’s been the sorceress for 1000 years is not out of the question
@tawzoo I think you're definitely right about most MOTU canon but I think the writer said this Sorceress is the Revelation Sorceress.
