We continue counting down!
Fans of the 2021 Netflix Series “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” have been treated to a great deal of cool Revelation themed Masterverse figures over the past year. But of course, we don’t want it to end yet. So we decided to countdown our Masterverse Revelation wishlist, our Top 30 characters that we hope Mattel will produce in 7 inch plastic with over 30 points of articulation.
But before we start, please note that He-Ro won’t appear on this list (because he has already been announced as an upcoming figure), we’re throwing in a hopeful Con Exclusive for every ten figures we list (just for fun), and our wishlist may differ from yours – but that’s okay!

So let’s continue!
#20 – Masterverse Revelation Horde Skeletor
Referred to as the “Traveller” per his Powerhouse Animation Studios Animation Model Sheet, this Evil Horde Skeletor barely graced the screen in “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” yet still made a big impression when he rescued a young Evil-Lyn from the Zalesian slums. So naturally we would love this variant Lord of Destruction added to the Masterverse line, packaged with a limited articulation young Lyn figure. (Savage He-Man came equipped with an Orko, so why not?)
#19 – Masterverse Revelation Kuduk Ungol
After the release of the glorious King Grayskull figure (the best Masterverse figure so far in our eyes), we think it’s time to get the Preternian band back together. With He-Ro already slated for release, let’s unite the five and add Kuduk Ungol, predecessor Sorceress of Teela Na to this terrific action figure line. A possible accessory to add could be a smaller version of the greenish ostrich-raptor-like dinosaur that she rides! #UniteTheFive
#18 – Masterverse Revelation Wun-Dar
Wun-Dar aka “Wonder Bread He-Man” is based on a rare variant He-Man figure that was long believed to have spawned from a 1981 loaf of bread tie-in promotion. He also took on the wild hunt of Preternia by storm when he rode that cool Hadrosauridae-type dinosaur with cybernetic enhancements! So we want Wun-Dar in our winners circle, our winners circle of Masterverse figures that is! #UniteTheFive
#17 – Masterverse Revelation Vikor
Last but not least on our Preternian hero Masterverse Revelation wishlist, is the musclebound barbarian known as Vikor. This Conan-esque character is actually based on one of the earliest concepts of He-Man, and he’s truly quite brawny, so if Vikor decides to call you “Flea Man”, you be sure to let him! And let him be a character realized in Masterverse 7 inch plastic as well! #UniteTheFive
#16 – Masterverse Revelation Sorceress
Regardless if it’s our dream to walk around the house and approach family members with a Masterverse Revelation Sorceress in hand saying “Time after Time you tried to take this castle. But you’ll never succeed!”… This last line of defense that protects the secrets of Grayskull, the classic Sorceress, is a must-add to any Revelation toyline. And as for her accessories, it should be Zoar without question, but perhaps add some translucent plastic magical effects as well!
#15 – Masterverse Revelation Pig Boy
When one lucky young fan won the dream of a lifetime and scored a cameo in the 1987 live-action film “Masters of the Universe”, we never thought that cameo would still be revelant today. Yet we were utterly thrilled when Pig Boy made an animated appearance in “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” next to Goat Man, snorts and all! Now we need Pig Boy to be immortalized on our shelf in glorious Masterverse painted plastic as well! Possible accessory? How about (considering he’s so small) including the Orb of Power and its housing from within Castle Grayskull?
#14 – Masterverse Revelation Orlax
If you haven’t read the Dark Horse Comics “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” prequel series, you just don’t know how instrumental the Orlax was to the events that played out in this beloved Netflix series. (Read more about it HERE). But regardless of that prequel story, this one-eyed, tentacled, creepy yet intelligent monster is the recipient of a lot of hope that it appears on our Masterverse shelf one day. Throw in a shirtless Duncan as a two-pack and we have one awesome scene to reenact!
#13 – Masterverse Revelation Battlegear Queen Marlena
Moms just kick ass. And perhaps no mother kicks ass more that the best pilot in the galaxy, Queen Marlena of Eternia who was originally born of Earth. So yeah, we’d be overjoyed if her battlegear variant would appear on retail shelves around the world, right next to….
#12 – Masterverse Revelation Battlegear King Randor
“Come on demons! Come kiss the ring!” King Randor was tearing it up on the battlefield along with his fellow Eternians. Wearing this terrific gold armor set, we think he would make quite a spectacular Masterverse Revelation figure in this outfit. Make it happen, Mattel!
#11 – Masterverse Revelation Panthor
When Battle Cat hit retail shelves last year, we found the Masterverse rendition very impressive. It wasn’t just the size of Cringer’s alter ego that was impressive, but it was his posability and his ability to balance on his hind legs & tail (with a He-Man figure on his back!) Now we understand that Dark-Lyn is more of a dog person, but we still want the fan favorite Panthor to get a Masterverse Revelation release as well, one that includes both its saddle and helmet! And this might be controversial to say, but we prefer our Panthor to be un-flocked this time! What is a potential accessory to include you ask? Panthor Pebbles of course! What, too soon?
Bonus Con Exclusive #2
Skeletized Clamp Champ & Fisto Two-Pack
Some fans are still mourning the death of Clamp Champ and Fisto, but Skelegod transforming this dynamic duo into these devilish demons was still rather cool. We wonder if these are their current forms haunting the depths of Subternia? Who knows, but they sure would look great haunting our Masterverse shelf as well!
Well that’s it! That’s our second ten wants from the future Masterverse Revelation figure line.
CLICK HERE as we countdown the last ten from our wishlist, all the way to #1!
Until next time!
