The Countdown Concludes! Our Top-30 Revelation Masterverse Figure Wishlist (#10 to #1)

Who will be #1?

Fans of the 2021 Netflix Series “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” have been treated to a great deal of cool Revelation themed Masterverse figures over the past year. But of course, we don’t want it to end there, so we decided to countdown our Masterverse Revelation wishlist, our Top 30 characters that we hope Mattel will produce in 7 inch plastic with over 30 points of articulation.

Now before we start, note that He-Ro won’t appear on this list because he has already been announced, we threw in additional Con Exclusives just for fun, and our wishlist may differ from yours – but that’s okay!

Here we go!

#10 – Masterverse Revelation Prince Adam

Prince Adam was truly the heart of the “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” Netflix series. It’s also quite a testament to the writing when so many fans are longing for a Masterverse figure of this young prince, a character that is essentially the Clark Kent of the Motu Universe. And we’re really craving him too and that’s why he’s number ten on this wishlist!

#9 – Masterverse Revelation Battle Beast

“You asked me, am I man or beast. Today, I am beast!” After seeing the wonderful custom Battle Beast action figure by artist Neoryt Dillan Cruz (below), we knew Beast Man’s animalistic transformation would make an excellent addition to the Masterverse Revelation line and makes a terrific foe to both Cringer and Battle Cat. And can you imagine a Dark-Lyn figure standing next to this four-legged monster? We can, so we hope Mattel decides to produce this visually stunning beast!

Make it happen Mattel!

#8 – Masterverse Revelation Techno-Cult Whiplash

After the magic left Eternia, the henchman known as Whiplash became yet another villian to fall in line with the techno-cult. And when he did, he received some wild mechanical enhancements thanks to the great holy sprocket, Motherboard! From a cybernetic left eye, to a larger tail with what appears to be a wrecking ball at the end of it, this Whiplash 2.0 needs to be in our Revelation Masterverse collection ASAP!

#7 – Masterverse Revelation Motherboard

Moth-er-board! Moth-er-board! The face of this new technological driven evil faction would be an amazing addition to the Masterverse Revelation line. Yes, she would loom over your standard 7-inch size figures and likely cost a Granamyr-sized bundle to procure one, but once you placed her on your display shelf next to her techno-cult followers, we believe it would all be worth it. Potential accessories to include? How about some metal tentacles. and a replacement Skeletor head infected with the techno-virus!

#6 – Masterverse Revelation Orko Reborn

Orko? Are you serious? We still can’t get over how “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” made us fall in love with Orko. And we’re equally amazed that we’re not only requesting an “Orko the White” figure (referred to as Orko Reborn in the Powerhouse Animation Studios Model Sheet), but how he landed so high on our list as well! What is a recommended accessory for Orko? How about a longer wired red sash that can wrap around the limbs of his enemies!

#5 – Masterverse Revelation Duncan

If Mattel hadn’t released a Masterverse Revelation “Man-at-Arms” figure already, Duncan would be even higher on our list. Alas, long haired and rocking a cool beard, this was the way the most dangerous man in Eternia looked for the majority of the “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” series… and his 7 inch Masterverse plastic counterpart is long overdue!

#4 – Masterverse Revelation Roboto

Complete the fellowship! The party that departs on a quest to re-forge the Sword of Power is sadly still incomplete. The Masterverse Revelation toy line will forever have a gaping hole until the day they include the endearing Roboto, the surrogate brother to Teela that gives his life to mend the power sword once more. So hopefully, Mattel will be announcing a Roboto figure soon, equipped with his Poncho!

#3 – Masterverse Revelation Dark-Lyn

Did we have to say it? Also referred to as God-Lyn (“GodLyn” on the Powerhouse Animation Model Sheet), Evil-Lyn’s powered up form is completely central to the “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” storyline and subsequently equally important to include her in the collectible Masterverse line, especially when you display her next to….

#2 – Masterverse Revelation Sorceress Teela

After almost 40 years of waiting, Teela has finally fulfilled her destiny and became the next successor in the line of Guardians of Grayskull, as the one and only, Sorceress! So how can this momentous occasion not be celebrated in 7 inch Masterverse plastic? This one is a no-brainer, and we hope Mattel thinks so too!

#1 – Masterverse Revelation Sorceress Lyn

We have our #1! This stunning costume design of what Powerhouse Animation Studios called the “SkeleSorceress” absolutely blew our minds when we first laid eyes upon it. A culmination of Skeletor’s dark desires and sinister evil twisted within a spiderous bat motif, this design won our top spot in our Masterverse Revelation figure wishlist and without-a-doubt needs to be produced. Such an impressive character design. And please use real fur around those shoulders Mattel, just like you did with King Grayskull!

Speaking of King Grayskull…

Bonus Con Exclusive #3

Bionatops

This horned dinosaur from Preternia, this cybernetic giant green Triceratops, this steed to the great King Grayskull would just be a fantastic addition to the Masterverse line. If King Grayskull didn’t look badass enough already, imagine strapping the great King to the back of this bad boy, ready for the wild hunt! Now this would be awesome!

Well that’s it! Thanks for taking the ride with us as we counted down our Top-30 Masterverse Figure Wishlist! Is your wishlist different from ours? Let us know in the comments below!

Until next time!
