That Star Trek lineage just got a little bit larger for "Masters of the Universe: Revolution!" Just when we thought it would only be cast members William Shatner and Gates McFadden who has boldly gone where no one has gone before, it has now been reported by CBR that actor John De Lancie has joined…

I wonder if he'll do a voice or do his voice.

this is perfect!! Love the rapid fire tidbits we are learning leading up to the premiere. John DeLancie is perfect for this role. I am a big My Little Pony fan from my childhood, and never thought much of the new series. Imagine my surprise when my daughter was watching it and I heard a familiar voice from the next room- DeLancie playing a character named Discord who is most definitely an homage to Q! Stuff like this feels like easter eggs to adult fans.

This is great news! John De Lancie is always 100% excellent.

I had secretly thought William Shatner would voice Granamyr but I'm happy.

So now we have Shatner, Gates and JDL Trek alumni.  Wonderful!

If only it was January 25th already 🙂

Both William Shatner & John De Lancie appeared in the 1978 mini-series version of Little Women as Professor Friedrich Bhaer & Frank Vaughn respectively. The Professor marries Jo March (Susan Dey) who turned down Laurie (Richard Gilliland) who then married Jo's sister Amy March (Ann Dusenberry) after she turned down Frank. 😀
