I guess this would be a character discussion
and well.....it is Valentine's Day today, so..... lol, Have you ever had a crush on a MOTU character, maybe you still do? (Like me, so I'll go first. 😋 )
He-Man first and foremost because...come on, what's NOT to like? 😭
He's tall and he's in great shape (pretty obvious)
but he's also great with animals and kids, he's brave, kind, gentle and I love Prince Adam's softie sensitive side.
He loves art, he even paints. He's a big reader and poetry lover (like me)
I always found that adorable when men do that. :3
Mine has to be Evil-Lyn. I like strong, direct women who know exactly what they want and aren’t afraid to go after it. My wife is the perfect example, when I met her she reminded me of Evil-Lyn and, years later, watching Revelation with her, she sees it too! I’m the luckiest man alive, I got to fall in love with and marry my fantasy. And she shares my MOTU hobby wife me!
This is a geat question! When I was young I thought Teela's friend was gorgeous, the one in an armor bikini. Someone is going to have to help with her name. She made awful life choices though. Teela is another obvious choice. She is a smart and strong red headed warrior just like Red Sonja! 😍

There are few things as truly fufiling as being with someone you shares your interests. I hope to find my He-Man someday (yeah...a tall, handsome buff guy. I hope I'm not asking too much. 😅 lol)
and of course, I've always admired Evil-Lyn. It was good seeing her get her flowers in Revelations.
She has always been every bit as capable as Lord Skeletor....and twice as classy. lol

(I needed to Google "He-Man drugs episode" to find this info. 😅 lol)
She actually was a pretty impressionable character given her one appearance so early in the series.
Part of that is to do with her situation; talking to strangers and falling into addiction. It was a very memorable and affective storyline.
But I think another thing that made ileena so memorable is her open vulnerability.
she was a shy girl and a compulsive apologiser but she was at least honest about these things. She could identify her own faults and she sincerely wanted to fix them. That's ALWAYS a commendable trait in a character. I'm not sure we ever saw her again in any later episodes.
And of course, Teela is Teela. 🩷
She's an inspiration to me. When my siblings and I played pretend as the MOTU characters as kids, I always wanted to be Teela. I think my favourite version of her would be the 200x one.
and I wonder how much of Teela's character was directly inspired by Red Sonja, just like how He-Man was inspired by Conan.

I'm not as tall or as confident as her....maybe if I just get a little better at applying my eyeshadow like hers, maybe start dressing goth style like her....MAYBE that would help me bring out my inner Evil-Lyn! 😂 lol
