Thanks for the pics!! Very cool stuff here. Carts first time ever we get Catra in Panther form?? Even if she’s tiny, that’s really cool! Better than a random artifact.
This Vultak is definitely an Origins Cartoon Collection piece. The whole buck is CC. And he has an artifact / robot.
He’s probably grouped with these other figures because he’s also available from Creations.

I came to the same conclusion with the thigh cut and the inclusion of the Zootron from the She-Ra Filmation series, I suspect it's Cartoon Collection too. Just labeled wrong by Mattel.
