Hello folks,
So, up until recently, volume 2 of the German blu-ray set from Plaion was scheduled to be released January 15, 2025. This was confirmed here on ForEternia: https://foreternia.com/2024/10/plaion-pictures-announces-volume-two-he-man-and-the-masters-of-the-universe-blu-ray-hd-set-coming-this-january
Now, the updated release date is December 30, 2025, according to the Plaion website: https://shop.plaionpictures.com/he-man-and-the-masters-of-the-universe-1983-vol.-2-5-blu-rays
I was looking forward to buying it this month. Any idea why this was changed? Is it maybe a typo?
That is a huge delay. Maybe they wanted to time these closer to the movie?
I will try reaching out to Plaion and see if we can get an answer. 🤞

@admin Could be a typo. I checked blu-ray.com and they've got it set for January 30, 2025:

Per Plaion (in regards to Volume 2 and that alarming new December release date):
"This is a placeholder date. It will be a small shift, which we have already communicated to shop customers. The postponement will only last a few weeks. :-)"
So fortunately it is expected to only be delayed a few weeks and the new release date will be listed once they can confirm it.
With that said Plaion really needs to come up with a better placeholder method! 😀

@admin Thank you so much for this great news! I can't wait to see when the She-Ra sets will go on sale. They seem to be releasing roughly every 3 months. So, April or May, maybe? Fingers crossed!
