It seems to me Rob David is the guy in charge at Mattel when it comes to making new He-Man movies and shows. I see what is going on with TMNT, Transformers, and Ghostbusters and I'm beginning to think maybe he is dropping the ball with motu. Revelation and the kids shows were divisive and he can't get a movie made even after deals are done. Rob seems like a good writer and a cool guy but maybe he's in over his head? I don't want to be mean but he doesn't have the greatest report card so far.

I never thought of that before bro but you may have a point. 2021 should have been our freakin comeback year.  Instead one show kills He-Man and puts the focus on Teela. The other show changes He-Man to almost a point of being unrecognizable. The toy market is flooded with three toylines at the same time four if you count the minis and all the lines compete with each other. And the Nee brothers movie is cancelled after Neflix already spent something like 40 million dollars. It's really kind of a big mess when you really think about it.

I'd say releasing two different Neflix cartoons two months apart was a major head scratcher.
