@andy_wan_kenobi what is this trial you speak of?

Last panel of the story. Hordak says "You cleared the trial, Adora. Truly you are worthy of being the daughter of Hordak."

So, clearly the entire story is some test for Adora; one that she passed. This could take place at any point, but certainly she has had some sort of training by this point.

@andy_wan_kenobi l should re-read these as I post them. This must be some kind of test to become a force captain. Hordak probably pampered Adora when she was growing up so she would think the Horde was good.

MOSSMAN

Thoughts:

• Mossman only got six pages but they did quite a bit with them
• They did more to expand the lore than build Mossman's character
• The additions to the lore only make it more confusing

SKELETON WARRIORS

Thoughts:

• This story jumps around a bit too much
• The design on Garrick is very inconsistent
• In at least one panel he looks like they guy that helped young Randor in the wave 13 mini comic

FANG-OR

Thoughts:

• The writer went back to starting in the middle of the story
• Slave H-Man?
• Suddenly normal He-Man?
• Suddenly Cosmic He-Man, again?
• Kay thanks bye...

LADY SLITHER

Thoughts:

• Down to six pages for some reason
• We once again start in the middle of the story, those extra four pages would have really helped...
• Lady Slither gets no introduction she's just there
• Suddenly Cosmic He-Man, yet again
• No more Cosmic He-Man?

Well that's it until I get ToG Donatello. I tried to contact the eBay seller to see if it's an international or US version but I have not heard back and I just got tracking info this morning so I guess it'll be a surprise. Whatever version I get I'll be posting it here. Hopefully by next week.

Turtles of Grayskull Wave 1

• I got the international version, so we'll have to guess at the story
• This is 10 pages rather than the six of Origins
• Roboto seems to be some what important to the story, making me wonder what the deal with Metal-Boto is
• Mikey is definitely wearing something akin to the Flying Fists Armor

10 pages? WOW!

@he-dad yeah it's looking good for the story. They got a pro to write and draw and added those 4 extra pages that really helped most of the Origins exclusives.

I got Leo and He-Mutant yesterday I'll have the scans up later today. I actually got some of the plot points right.

He-Mutant is a way cooler name for him - Mattel missed an opportunity there.
