@durendal Yeah, releasing a Horde Trooper under 'New Eternia' is a prime example of this for sure. They've already released half the Horde under 'Princess of Power' subline, are they now going to start releasing them under 'New Eternia' as well? Nothing will be complete in Masterverse at this rate.
WANTED IN MASTERVERSE:
Masks of Power Demons, Prince Dakon, Kobolds, Demons (The Terror of Tri-Klops!), Lodar, New Eternia Ninjor, New Eternia Dragon Blaster Skeletor, Lizorr, Hoove, '87 Movie Man-At-Arms, '87 Movie Skeletor Trooper.
I just opened my HordeTrooper and the belly articulation is totally loose : impossible to pose the chest. Am I alone in this?
I bought three and they were all tight. You need a replacement.
Thanks, I missed your answer. I bought 2, I will open the second one before writing to Mattel. It's the first time I have a problem with a Masterverse figure.
Â
@petruspeter mine had a splash of black paint on the upper right part of his chest. Other than that he was tight
I opened the second one which is OK. Mattel won't replace the broken one, and propose 15 euros "because I can keep it"...
I sent a protest e-mail: I can understand that they don't replace for European customers, but I had to open the second one that I wanted to leave new, and I would have expected a more appropriate proposal...

Under basic consumer law they either have to replace it or refund you in full. Don't let them get away with it, state the above. They've tried that bullshit with me a few times, they challenge NECA for shady practices.Â

NECA has been doing some shady stuff? I hadn't heard that before.

Oh yeah, countless orders from their site haven't been received and they don't answer the emails asking why. Then they shipped out TMNT Donny's lab and gave some people an extra set before demanding they be returned in shady fashion. They even ignored emails from people who did try to return them! It's a complete shitshow over there right now.Â

@sketchyskeletor Thanks. I hadn't seen your anwser...
They offered more (but only 19€) and as I don't have time, I did let go. I suppose that there are some lighter rules for oversea custumers.
This said, I don't think I will order anymore to Mattel : I still have Motherboard and a couple of other non opened orders, and the only thought of shitty quality control bothers me...
I don't understand why they didn't offer some help : they loose my future orders...

They're absolute scumbags tbh, they sent me a Two Bad that had been drowning for so long water gushed out of the box and the whole thing was covered in mold. I forced a refund from them but it's also why I pay with PayPal. It's actually illegal to refuse a full refund or replacement and they know it. I can't wait to be done with them.
