And now according to Mattel, we will get that chance… with some of our favorite “Masters of the Universe” figures!
Yes, some “Power-Packed Faves” are coming back soon to the Mattel Creations website, and on May 12th, Club Grayskull Members will get first dibs!
Per Mattel:
Hey, Club Grayskull!
We found a few more epic Masters of the Universe collectibles in our warehouse, and wanted to give Club Grayskull first dibs.
While we can’t yet confirm which products will be available, we wanted to make sure you all knew that from May 12, 2025, at 9:00am PT until May 13, 2025, at 8:59am PT, only Club Grayskull members may shop for these MOTU Collectors items, while supplies last.
On May 13, 2025, at 9:00am PT, if any of these MOTU Collectors items are still in stock, they will be available to the general public while supplies last.
Please keep in mind that we will have extremely limited inventory available for this sale, so it’s never been more important to make sure you have the sale page open at 9:00AM PT. Keep in mind that you must be logged into the site with an active membership. This sale’s URL will be emailed out ahead of time to all members at 8:30AM PT.
So what coveted MOTU figures are going to be available once more?
We don’t know, but on May 12, 2025, at 9:00am PT, Club Grayskull Members should head on over to creations.mattel.com to find out! (No affiliation)
Considering they sent me Two Bad COVERED IN MOLD I’d hate to see anything they actually lost in the warehouse.Â
I’m expecting it to be more Wun-dar than Grizzlor or the SDCC sets.
Okay this may have convinced me to subscribe to Club Grayskull as an Origins collector. Nothing they have has impressed me yet. That Hordak intrigues me but not too much, but if they’re gonna restock some older Origins figures MIB so I don’t have to keep resorting to eBay with slightly damaged or bent cardbacks.
Okay I’m just gonna say it. This may be a bit unrelated, but while we’re on the subject of Mattel Creations digital subscription services that have exclusive items and perks, they have one for MOTU, Hot wheels, Barbie and Monster High, but there is one kid oriented IP the company owns that you’d all be surprised has a huge adult following and MASSIVE legacy that I really wish they would tap into by making one of these sub services for.
Â
It’s also one that has potential for one of those extremely wacky comic crossovers should it join forces with MOTU.
Oh hell yes. The choices better be good. Papa wants another Eternia.
Nice move, as newbie collectors can start collecting in these brands at any time. Not to mention the unfortunate stragglers.

Spring cleaning at Mattel
If Mattel found a skid full of Mutated Mer-Mans and sells them during this it would explain a lot.
Mer-Mutant would be awesome. I’d like a second one.
