  1. Looks like the black spots were removed. Lots of people complained about that, but I’m amazed that Mattel actually listened for once.
    I dig that spear!
Still gonna peg warm HARD on the website. I’ll wait for the inevitable half-off Black Friday sale in November
    Laugh Skeletor2

  2. Aaaah …! I didn’t mean to put it like that, as it obviously doesn’t help the collective enticement for this creature, but yeah, chances are it’s going to fight hard to finally be accepted by the majority. Which takes away the perspective of seeing more in the “mount" category. Except maybe one last attempt to generate profit with some horse form, as they are plenty to explore with some equivalent expectation sales wise : Spirit, Swiftwind (both vintage and Filmation look), Charger, Arrow (both vintage and Filmation look), Storm, Crystal Moonbeam etc …

  3. Still not 100% sure – part of me just wants it to have a cool panthor – not crazy about the armor – or the paint – really hope that seam running down the center of his head isn’t as noticeable as it is in the prototype images .. could have been more of a major home run had he come flocked imo and or with more so of a Classics designed helmet ..

  4. This figure looks nice and I will get it, but I don’t understand the diversity of styles being used in the line: with NE Evil-Lyn we saw what Masterverse is capable of delivering. That figure is absolutely gorgeous in the sense of sculpting perfection and realism (it’s like the kind of artfully finish you get for a high-end statue). And then we have Panthor, which is OK but clearly wasn’t executed with a realism touch in mind, it just looks like a neat toy.
