Great video, AJ! I always wanted Webstor as a kid, but could never find him. I was really excited when i got him in the Origins line and I can’t wait to pick up the Masterverse version.
Thanks buddy! Sorry to hear you didn’t get him as a kid. Unfortunately those early figures started being replaced with newer waves back then on toy shelves. And with no Amazon or Ebay to order them…
Wow. Just thinking back, it is easy to forget and take for granted how everything is now always at one’s fingertips.
Kinda funny, when I was a kid I saw He Man as reruns, so it was more random episodes I would see, and would only see it here and there. I had Webstor second hand with no accessories and before I saw him on the show I thought he was a sea monster. After I figured out he was a spider I was like “duh” 🤦♂️

@mike , funny how we have our own head cannon sometimes.
Love that the added translucent eyes and an open jaw. Really adds a new take on the classic sculpt while staying instantly recognizable. I’m actually digging the grapple guns multiple options, the vintage backpack was great, but for displaying, this gives more options then just having him hang off the wall of Grayskull. Another great figure from this wave!
AJ I’m confused. Should we pronounce his name Webstor or Webster? 🤣

I agree! I thought I wouldn’t love this Webstor more than my Classics Webstor but it turned out I love them equally for different reasons! 🙂
