Written by Last week we reported on the NCircle Entertainment announcement that the home video release of the Netflix animated series “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” will be available for purchase digitally this April 25th. (That report can be found HERE.)
Knowing that NCircle Entertainment and Mill Creek Entertainment announced in 2021 that they entered into a multi-year agreement with Mattel, Inc. not just for digital distribution of Masters of the Universe shows but physical as well, the big question that remained was would a physical DVD (and hopefully Blu-ray) announcement of “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” soon follow?
Fast forward to yesterday on Twitter, voice actor Griffin Newman who masterfully played Orko in “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” quoted NCircle Entertainment’s announcement and asked the question “STEELBOOK RELEASE WHEN??????!”
NCircle Entertainment noticed the tweet by Griffin and responded ‘Patience, Orko😊” with a gif of Orko winking.
Now while we’re not certain this is a confirmation of a steelbook collectible case that will accompany a physical home video release, telling Griffin to have patience does seem like a confirmation from NCircle Entertainment that there will be a physical release of some sort for “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” to follow, for fans to collect and cherish.
