One of the walmarts near me was showing the Mutated Merman in stock. It's one of the geoblocked items, so I thought it was legit. Thankfully it's not too far out of town and I had a family event to go to, so I headed that way fully expecting to be disappointed and I was, but not in the way I planned. They didn't have Merman, but they did have Mutated Mossman! So I think only 1 left of the Walmart exclusives!

Another store 10 mins away had a whole shelf of Krang's. So if anybody wants a Krang \ Mutated Mossman lemme know and I can hook you up in the next few days.

Walmart has Krang, Mossmutant, Mer-Mutant and Leatherhead. 

@smitty-81 That explains his appearance in the walmart link, which is actually just a UPC for the "Deluxe ToG" wave so I'll just have to keep checking a set of Walmarts til I can get them. 2 more to go then!

None of the walmarts in my area had anything MOTU related for over a year and there are now 5 within 30 mins carrying the whole thing, so there's hope.

I just found Krang but he wasn’t on the pegs. He was on the shelf above the pegs laying flat, almost didn’t see him. Had a whole case up there

@brasco that means that store got them and didn't have a place for the and the store worker couldn't or wouldn't make a proper spot for them.

I don't know about you guys but at my walmart mouse jaw is a real peg warmer.

@kraken At mine he sold out of the first run, then was put on sale\ clearanced until they were gone. Both Targets had Sla'kker in stock and I don't think it ever hit the pegs and I'm betting the restock will eventually be clearanced out.  Splinter should be rolling out soon anyway since his packaging has gone up on all the usual social media channels.

Sold out first run? Damn, that didn't happen here. Each store is like a different story.

@smitty-81 Is that Evil-Lyn as Renet? If so, I called that back on the last page! I also guessed a Bebop/Rocksteady as Two-Bad before it was announced! I'm a MOTU/TMNT Oracle!

@chrisa I don't think so. I'll have to check and see if Evil-Lyn is in any of Freddie's other MOTU comics.

Given our earlier discussion of retail availability I wanted to shared my past 3 days. I took my kid down to see my parents for a few days and took the opportunity to hit a 6 Walmart 2 target run. On the way there I struck out everywhere for what I was looking for BUT all the targets had MOTU stuff in stock, only one had Sla'kker in stock.  Only 1 of the WM's didn't have any MOTU (It was all in the huge clearance section. One store had the Spikor wave on clearance!) the rest all had TOG and the CC waves, so the stuff is making it's way out there. I saw Krang at 3 and 1 had Moss Man, so all stuff I had.

One way back from picking my son up I hit the 1 WM I missed and boom, Merman, Terroar and Gr'asp! These things are out there and working their way to Walmarts. I suspect some folks with some patience can even get some on clearance.

@smitty-81 it is and it isn't. I spent 3 hours in some awful traffic only to loop around to a target that I had already been to. So in terms of $$ I'm not saving over the online route. I am very interested in how these things roll out spatially though. I decided to try now because I was seeing a lot of folks in east texas saying they saw them in stores, so I figured they're coming out in waves from CA. 

The thing I'm not sure about is how they are handling that shared sku\ reups. Does each store get one wave of Krang, Then Mossman, then Merman and then Leatherhead or does it depend on when\if a store reups.

@dynamicg I don't know what Target does but Walmart allows some degree of control in each store for what they stock. So with one Walmart only ever getting He-Man and Skeletor and another store mixing them up with MOTWWEU figures they ended quickly at those two stores. The other store got everything consistently until wave 7...
