I'm really trying to get the Eternia mini comic, but until then, here's the VeeFriends mini comic.

Thoughts

• It's the same basic story as the cartoon that was released when the set was announced
• I like Skilled Skeleton's little wooden Panthor
• Skilled Skelegod is a nice touch
• The Loony Toons art works better here then in what I've seen of the Eternia mini comic

@andy_wan_kenobi it still seems pointless. They don't need to hide her identity, not in any real world way and not for the story.

@andy_wan_kenobi all of which was pointless for telling a story where Teela stops Trap-Jaw from eating a rock.

That is fascinating. Did the vintage wrestling figures come with comics too?

That VeeFriends comic looks like absolute crap. I didn't think MOTU could reach levels of silliness beyond what Filmation gave us, but here we are.

@elder Around the time of the launch of the MOTU Origins line, Mattel also launched a 5.5 mash-up WWE/MOTU line called Masters of the WWE Universe. They are MOTU themed wrestling figures with the same parts swapping ability as the Origins figures. 

The line went from 2020 to 2021 and got 8 waves for 31 figures. Each figure got a 4 page mini comic that was a cover, a bio, a 1-page comic story, and a cross sell image on the back cover of the 4 figures in that wave. 

adultcollector dot org has some of them on teir FB page/group, but with their url emblazoned big on them.

@rogerblake I have/had a lot of those figures  but I never held on to the mini comics for any of them.

Mr. Home Arcade on YouTube has a review for Rokkon with a decent look at the comic pages.

I own tons of Editorial Novaro El Pajaro Loco (Woody Woodpecker), Tom y Jerry and El Conejo de la Suerte (Bugs Bunny) comics from Mexico, as well as similar comics from around the world. I generally read them using Google, by typing Translate Spanish to English into a Google search, and it gives you two boxes. Input and Output.

I also make my own comic, KARI CROCK (available on Google Play ebooks), so I am passable at lettering. 

I don't read/write/speak any language other than English, so it would be a rough translation at best.
