@kraken that's a fair point. Don't forget though we also have the Fan Favorites to look forward to. I don't need any of them but I like that people will get another chance at Tri-Klops and I'm intrigued to see if they'll make any changes like they did with She-Ra.

I feel like I saw a photo of the She-Ra, and all she has is a "Fan Favorite" label on the packaging. Right?

It's the same weak face sculpt and ugly costume with primary colors. No improvements 🙁

@disneyboy you're clearly thinking of something else because Origins She-Ra has a beautiful face and amazing costume. FF She-Ra has new sliver stickers and a more gold color to replace the yellow of the previous versions.

Well it seems like our mileage here is heavily varying! Agree to disagree. I have a soft spot for the original design elements of the vintage She-Ra, but I don't think the Origins version captures them at all. The plastic "belt" is chunky and looks cheap rendered in the primary-color yellow plastic...the face sculpt is not working at all...the sculpted hair looks like yellow noodles or something...pretty much the only improvements upon the original are the articulated elbows and knees...and as we know, the original Origins knees on the female figures were squared off for some strange reason, so I can't even really compliment them on the added articulation.

The face on the vintage She-Ra was far better (in all the variations), and the fabric costume and rooted hair gave the character real visual appeal. The Origins She-Ra is a weak approximation of that.

They'd really be better off making a proper Filmation Cartoon Collection She-Ra...but I've only said that 57 million times now, so I'm sure everyone's sick of hearing me say it 😆

She-Ra, I love. This version? Not so much. If they'd retooled her a bit for the reissue, with a better face and hair, and used better fabrics for the cape and skirt? I'd definitely give her higher marks.

@longtooth only the VC and only because they've almost finished recreating the vintage figures.

@kraken I totally feel the same way.  I'm not going to collect the TMNT line so right now there really is a lot of dead air it seems with the vintage line.  Plus this is the second month in a row where there is absolutely nothing MOTU related on the Mattel Creations launch calendar.

@depp76 for me personally I take it as kind of sigh of relief that I can catch up a little bit with other lines. I still want them to finish like they said they would.  It sucks that they haven’t given us any new reveals but I have a feeling we’ll get some after the holidays.

@brasco Yeah at this point there probably won't be any news until after the new year.  I guess since I don't really collect any other lines is why it feels like there's just absolutely nothing going on lol.

New Eternia is something going on. Tri-Klops and Snout Spout look marvelous.

@brasco Not really.  I have bought a few figures here and there related to POP, but no I don't really collect Masterverse.

The fan favorites don't really appeal to me. Good for those who missed it the first time around but I just don't care for duplicates.

Different more dark color jewel

It's not enough for me but for some this is enough to warrant another purchase.

@kraken I like variants but I get why some people won’t pick up extras

It feels like Mattel has thrown all their chips into these new lines where even the Snake Lair announcement was underplayed with nothing charted. I get this new stuff is Origins so the main line is doing great. For now vintage fans have to get on board or be plain bored.
