I came to the same conclusion with the thigh cut and the inclusion of the Zootron from the She-Ra Filmation series, I suspect it's Cartoon Collection too. Just labeled wrong by Mattel.

Thanks for this. It could be! The way the pupils are not uniformed seems overachieving for that, but glued on opposing angles... maybe! Plus I have to remember these are 3D renders, not actual figures...
