Mattel has a gigantic Castle Grayskull display at the Comic Con Experience (CCXP 2024 Dec 5-Dec 8) in São Paulo, Brazil where fans can use as a backdrop for pictures!

Maybe not now but you will get an actual Grayskull as a laser tag arena, so I'd say that beats the little one by a lot 😉Â

Going by the pictures it does look a bit like a thick cardboard cutout which probably was a prop for getting pictures taken in front of the castle. Just speculating though.
