We have the Power! 
I read issue 2 and I am not a fan. I usually like Tim's stuff and I collect TOG but the story is a little too convoluted and hard to follow. Also some of the word balloons were pointed in the wrong directions which didn't help.
I got it, and it's alright just not a lot happened.
