*ahem*..... and yes, the battle armor is certainly a bit big for him, prehaps it's because they made the chest too small/neck too long on he-man's body, so they made the battle armor a bit bigger so that he would look more normal/proportional probably lol
The figure is really cool, more serious than the Revelation one. It is very well detailed, and it has even better textures to it! I'm really considering the purchase, even if I'm not a fan of the new show.
Oddly enough, as a kid, I always thought the BA He-Man figures chest was a little large looking, which I believe was a requirement of the barrel system. Its years since I have seen the vintage figure though so maybe its not quite as large as I remember.
If I'm right though, I reckon they sculpted the armour to maintain that same aesthetic. I quite like the look of the armour in this figure.

@daavid I love the wide oversized look of He-Man's Battle Armor but this one seemed to stick out too angular in the breast plate region at least for my taste. But perhaps I am in the minority with that thinking. 🤔
Some suggested it may have been molded that way to fit the 40th Anniversary He-Man pecs. I will have to give it a try. 🙂

The 40th Anniversary He-Man has had 40 years of lifting weights to grow that chest. The Revolution guy is less than a year old. He'll grow into it. 😅
