Shortly after Mattel revealed through their official Masters of the Universe social media accounts the new “Turtles of Grayskull: Reptile Wars” Spring 2025 Catalog, Mattel dropped another catalog for Masters of the Universe: Origins too, with “select figures” available for pre-order right now! Also here are some official prototype pictures for the upcoming Masters of the Universe: Origins “Cartoon Collection” FAKER, LEECH, BUZZ-OFF, FROSTA and CATRA action figures. (Release dates currently unknown).
In regards to what figures are currently available for pre-order… the select figures in the below image are now for available for pre-order at fan channel retailers like BigBadToyStore.com and EntertainmentEarth.com! (No affiliation).

It goes without saying I love The Cartoon Collection, but that Faker is the most cynical variant I think I’ve ever seen. It’s so blatant I just have to laugh.
@mrhootiedean I understand why you would think that but that is exactly how Faker looked in the cartoon.
These look amazing! I can’t wait to get every single one except the sketch figures. I think I am going to pass on those.
Glad to see some POP figures! I imagine the minicomics will involve the Horde. Maybe we can get Bow, Sea Hawk, Glimmer, and other figures throughout 2025?
I kind of like the semi-invisible Skeletor, he could possibly be used as a “Faker" Skeletor. I’d like to see better pictures of him and what weapons he’ll come with.
Both the Faker heads look amazing. This is the first time there are two heads packed with one of these figures. I wish they did that from the beginning instead of including trinkets from the show.
That’s my feeling too. They could have just packed the (admittedly cool looking) Faker head in with the og He-Man’s release. It’s a cynical (and more obvious than usual) cash grab from Mattel. I’ll get him but only after his inevitable peg warming. Still love The Cartoon Collection though!
@mrhootiedean Why would they do that when they know you’ll gladly buy another full He-Man figure at full price?
But those of us who dont open figures would not have a faker carded figure. It is a totally different character, even just with a different head.
