@asterstar, no I didn't think you were trying to cause a problem either! I'm just genuinely interested why - of all the various implausible things in the franchise - the eyeballs on NA Skeletor get so much hate. We're all good! 🙂
It probably got hate because fans were used to their scary Skeletor action figure and in the comics. Even the Filmation Skeletor looked kind of metal. New Adventures Skeletor working cartoon eyeballs was likely a shock to the system. It's a choice usually suited for comic relief characters because it waters down his scariness.

@emeraldknightphotos is a big fan of The New Adventures of He-Man as well. I believe it is his all-time favorite series. I think the series over time has developed quite a fanbase. 🙂
