Announced earlier today but finally released on YouTube, Mattel has revealed that they will be transforming (with the power of Grayskull) their Masters of the Universe minicomics from their Origins toy line into a series of motion comics!
A motion comic is an animated comic that takes static comic art and combines it with animated elements, music, sound effects and even voice acting! Now while the voice work added is at a bare minimum here, the rest is in full abundance and adds an exciting dynamic to an already fun experience!
The first episode adapted is the minicomic Beast Barrage with the synopsis: “After discovering that Prince Adam has left Castle Grayskull’s magic shield, Skeletor sends Beast Man to Eternia to capture him. Adam must escape the battle and transform into He-Man before Skeletor is able to seize the day!”

Oh the hype!

Wouldn’t it be great if Mattel also did this for the original vintage minicomics from 1982? Now that would be really exciting! 🙂
@admin this is pretty cool, anything added is appreciated in my book, whether it’s from Mattel or fan made
Neat.
It was ok. Truth be told I rather have a continuing series of those animated action figures.
