  1. Great video! 👍
Looking forward to getting mine. I can live with the fact the figure is almost entirely repaint– together it just looks too cool, and probably the only way we can get a “play set” in MV!
And the paint details are pretty ace with the figure! Though yes, some new parts are always welcome.

I still hate the way the “cape armor” doesn’t really attach to the figure. It just sits on there, not to be touched. That doesn’t work at all for playing.

I like that new head so far, but I also liked the “classic” head with the previous NE Skeletor. Articulated jaw is a great feature.

The throne with the lights is just spectacular!!

  2. Great review vid! I am not an anthropology expert either but I can see the ape like appearance you were talking about in the head sculpt. Sometimes I think deformities like this just happen in production and it is up to the collector to do something about it or just let the imperfections be. It seems to bother some people more than others and it bothered you enough not to go on without trying to fix it. Switching the heads of the two Skeletors was an excellent decision. I agree both figures looked better because of it!

  3. An other interesting and pleasant review AJ, and you know what I agree the head swap. The throne looks amazing and the fur is a cool realistic detail. I think the bones comes from snakes and dragons so the Ka staff makes sense. 🗡️💀

I agree. I am glad it is removable but I wish it clipped in and locked into place. Even in just posing gravity often takes hold and it slides out of position.

Thanks. I do too, very much so!

That’s true. I’m not certain I would ever pose Skeletor with the Staff of Ka. It feels too strange for me. 😄
