Written by During today’s exciting Mattel Creations: REVEALED Masters of the Universe Virtual Event, Mattel teased another awesome figure coming our way: the Masterverse “New Eternia” Masters of the Universe Horde Trooper figure!
Details are scarce, but we do know that this New Eternia Horde Trooper will be an oversized figure, just like newly released Snout Spout.
And like Snout Spout, the Masterverse “New Eternia” Masters of the Universe Horde Trooper figure will be a Mattel Creations Exclusive.
Other than that, no release date was revealed for the Horde Trooper, nor were any other Masterverse figures revealed. Mattel will be actually releasing their upcoming 2024 MASTERVERSE FALL CATALOG this Tuesday, March 26th!

@durendal I’m guessing the original concepts of the Horde Trooper included non-robot entities, so Mattel is using New Eternia to showcase them.
Interesting, but not enough for a puchase.
Looks cool enough. He has the light piping feature like Snout Spout which is a nice inclusion. The New Eternia label reconciles that he’s not a robot but an actual humanoid which is interesting. I’ll get one just to have as an Elite Horde Trooper.
I thought classics had several non-robot troopers? Didn’t one of the sets come with multiple heads?

My problem is that when it comes to soldiers I always tend to buy more and then try different Mattel heads from many of the other figures they make. Was thinking maybe George the Animal Steele head would look good on that figure.
