Written by It has still been mostly quiet in regards to updates from Mattel regarding their upcoming Eternia playset.
Crowdfunded in late 2022, Mattel’s new Eternia Playset (or Preternia playset in the Revelation / Revolution continuity) promised to be a bigger and better, fantastic re-issue of the 1986 vintage playset and include two new exclusive figures: An Origins King Grayskull figure awarded to early backers, and the Moat Monster unlocked when backers hit or exceeded 8,000.
Well now, per the YouTube channel Mr. Home Arcade (click HERE to visit), we have a look at the full packaging for the creature nicknamed “Moaty” thanks to their anonymous source. Check it out:
The artwork below in the next image matches what backers received in an update e-mail this past December (read more about that HERE) so this packaging certainly seems legit.
It is exciting that the Moat Monster will be receiving his own packaging versus just being included in the Eternia playset box. Very cool!
