Written by “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” showrunner Kevin Smith was at the Puerto Rico Comic Con 2022 this past weekend and held a Q&A session with a very enthusiastic audience.
Among the questions asked of the media star (according to the Puerto Rican News Company qiibo), Kevin Smith was asked about a potential follow-up to his “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” Netflix Series. And Smith was reported to say that he “hopes so” and it “looks positive”, which was followed by some strong applause.

“Looks Positive” is something definitely terrific to hear Kevin say, and also lines up with all the scoops that point to a follow-up season already being worked on (but not yet announced to the public.)

Please Note: The reason why Kevin Smith is being asked about a “third season” (versus a second season) is because media has been referring to Parts I & 2 of “Masters of the Universe: Revelation” as either Parts or Seasons depending in what country they reside and where one seeks the information.

Yes PLEASE! I never dreamed we’d ever see a follow up series from the cartoon I adored as a 5yo.
I *loved* Revelations as an adult – so many important plot points from the Filmation series were explored further, the animation was gorgeous, the voice acting was excellent and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say I’ve seen it enough times now to have the dialogue memorised. I can only hope that helped Netflix’s numbers even slightly.
There are so many stories left in Eternia to tell, I want to see them.
