@lasastard I just checked and I'm seeing the same, however I noticed they've added the following to the Rokkon listing:

Ships to US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, UK

 

So if you don't live in any of those countries, tough luck I guess. What a load of sh!t.

Hard to imagine they could screw something up worse than Wundar.

Luckily, I am in one of those territories (Germany), so I remain hopeful 😉 But I suppose we'll know soon enough... So far the site still complains about me being in the wrong country (I do not disagree! But Mattel should still be able to ship to me 😉 )

I got my Rokkon order in. It was much easier that any other time. The site seems to be much faster.

I think i got my 2. I have account for my name and one in wifes name. I signed into hers and ordered, but nothing in orders. Go to my account and it shows 2 ordered. No emails confirm anything yet.

@depp76 I noticed that the "prove you're human" thing was different this time. The initial box said "I am human" and the I had to click on one lion in a group of raccoons.

No emails confirm anything yet.

Managed to order one here and the email took ten minutes (arriving as I started composing this).

This time the Captur system was a total pain, not being clear what it was asking for, and also I had to go through the farce of confirming my Shop Pay account through either text (I'd put my phone on plane mode to avoid distractions - D'oh!) or email only to then be told it wasn't being accepted this time and I had to checkout as a guest, typing in all details anew. Nice and simple it is not.

Got Rokkon with no problems as well. I had different captcha this time also which slightly worried me. Mine was a bunch of raccoons and one lion and it told me to click on the object that is not like the others.

I really hope all these upcoming figs rumored to be exclusives like Two Bad, CC She-Ra, etc. will also be available on Mattel Creations and made in enough quantities as to not sell out in seconds.

Mission accomplished, two plastic rock dudes in the bag. This was kinda fun (hung out on the GDL live stream) and surprisingly painless. Still, the thought of having to go through this little exercise each and every time Mattel releases a new vintage line character...oof. I am repeating myself, but they should consider offering two characters at a time to speed things along a bit and safe international fans some shipping cost.

Finally got email.

Sucks figures are more expensive because of shipping and the worry of selling out fast.But at least if you order more than one, you pay shipping just for one. That was only the plus side of ordering two eternias. Only paid shipping for one.

now the issue becomes with walmart. With panthor and mossy, i got them right away driving pretty far to get them. Then nothing in stores for months and months, then all of a sudden tons of them collecting dust.

So do i freak out and hit every store i can when news of new exclusives hit, or take a chance for them to sit on shelves many months later.  You just know if you wait, you will never see them, like how i see mossy at every store.

mossy was a nightmare because he kept popping up to order online. Make order for pick up, them walmart canceled. Did it about 20 times until one order stuck. And that walmart was over 75 miles away. I dont want to play that order and cancel game with all the snakemen exclusives walmart is getting.

Got mine but I had enough of the drama. I think all those youtubers escalate that shit tbh.

Officially sold out.

How many minutes did Rokkon last for?  I had to work, so I wasn't able to log on until a little bit ago, but it looks to be sold out.  It is the first exclusive I wanted that I missed out on, mainly because they switched dates.

Don't know if anyone was aware, but there is other Rokkon merchandise available as well...shirts, a tote, and a mug...
